★★★★★Exceptional service every single time! This is the fourth time I have used Rob & Fred for their flooring expertise, and once again, they did not disappoint… they fitted Elements LVT throughout my hallway, lounge, family room, study, and conservatory… You get fair pricing, exceptional craftsmanship, and to top it off, they are genuinely really nice guys.

★★★★★Had a wonderful experience with Robert and Fred, who finished off a half done laminate flooring job and saved me from weeks without having proper flooring… Lovely guys, did the job in no time, cleaned up afterwards… Would definitely recommend!

★★★★★We’ve also had a great experience from A to Z with Robert and Fred who fitted LVT in two bedrooms, as well as skirting boards and door bars. They are friendly, great professionals with lots of experience, communicative, and tidy. I highly recommend hiring them.

★★★★★Robert and Fred have done a great job carpeting and laying vinyl planks in our home. They don’t rush to get it done asap, but do take time and care to do a really good job. They are also very nice people to deal with.

Dullaway & Rye is Robert Dullaway and Fred Rye — nothing bigger. Rob and Fred have worked together since 2007, first at another flooring firm, before setting up under their own name. Between us we've got over 25 years in floor coverings, and we still measure, quote and fit every job ourselves across Bromley, Kent and South East London.
That's the whole pitch: the person who sees your floor at the quote stage is the person kneeling on it with a trowel two weeks later. Being independent means we recommend brands because they're good, not because we're tied to them.
Based in Bromley, covering most of Kent and South East London.
Rather than send you to a shop, we bring over 1,000 samples to your home — real materials in your own light, against your own walls.
